These large tubs are designed to contain or store dry goods only. Since the walls are straight, flat and without reinforcement, they swell under the weight of water or other liquid. The tub may be damaged or split. That said, all large volume tub used to hold liquid loads require additional steel or wooden support, to prevent swelling of the walls. We do not sell this type of reinforcement.
