Accounts must be established in order to make a purchase from Agrico Plastics Ltd. Terms are conditional to your specific account profile.
Purchases may then be made through Visa®, MasterCard®, check, bank transfer, cash or account. All payments must be in Canadian dollars. If the purchaser fails to make payment within their specified payment terms, Agrico Plastics Ltd may defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of unshipped order.
Modification of Terms
No addition to or modification of terms and conditions shall be binding on Agrico Plastics Ltd unless agreed to by Agrico Plastics Ltd in writing, Agrico Plastics Ltd is acceptance of any order shall not be construed as assent to any additional terms and conditions.
Special Orders & Product Availability
Products are subject to availability at time of order. Some special order items must meet manufacturer’s minimum order quantity requirements at time of order, and may require additional shipping time. For all custom made products a minimum deposit or a completed payment may be required according to the agreement with your sale representative.
Freight rates quoted are to be considered dock-to-dock. If extra handling is required, additional charges may apply.
Shipping errors, missing items or damages must be reported to Agrico Plastics ltd within 1 business day of receipt of shipment (damages must be accompanied by a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage).
The products displayed on this website ship FOB Agrico Plastics Ltd is stocking warehouse, or FOB the manufacturer as indicated within product details. Not all products are stocked and shipped from all of our locations. Upon submission of your quote or order the shipping origin and any applicable freight charges will be confirmed.
Products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship only in accordance with the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy and in any event, shall be limited to the original cost of the material and shall not extend to special or consequential damages or contingent liabilities. If Agrico Plastics Ltd determines the product to be defective in workmanship or material, it will be repaired or replaced at Agrico Plastics Ltd is sole option, as the buyer’s exclusive remedy.
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the products your purchase, you may return them within 21 days from the time of receipt, for a refund or exchange. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Within this time, products may be returned by prepaid freight, in their original packaging and in good condition for resale. Agrico Plastics Ltd will not take back any products that have been modified from their original state, even if the change was made by Agrico Plastics Ltd or by one of its manufacturers. Returns are subject to a 15 % minimum restocking fees, and according to the manufacturer’s return policies can go to 30 %. To request a return or exchange merchandise, the customer must contact our customer service department and provide the invoice number of the purchase. The customer will be informed of the restocking fee for each returned or exchanged item, and a return authorization number will be issued to him. Returns must be received within 5 days following the issuance of the authorization number. Transport risks incurred when the products are returned must be assumed by the customer, unless the returned products have been previously received in damaged or defective condition, and Agrico Plastics Ltd had been informed of the situation within 24 hours of the delivery. Agrico Plastics Ltd reserves the right to refuse any shipment not accompanied by a return authorization number. Agrico Plastics Ltd will inspect all returned products and reserves the right to refuse credits or exchanges on products that are damaged, used or in poor condition for resale.
