FAQ - Containers

Home > FAQ > Containers
  • Containers with angled walls. The base is narrower than the top perimeter. This design allows containers to be nestable into each other when empty. They are therefore ideal for saving space when empty. When full, they can be stacked on each other, even without the lid, by a simple rotation of 180°. The top container enters slightly into the bottom one, creating a stable stack. They are very useful for a prompt packing and unpacking process. The interior walls are smooth and easy to clean. They fit perfectly on a 40’’ x 48’’ pallet.

  • The base is the same size as the top perimeter. If comparing two containers with the same dimensions, the straight wall container provides a volume of about 15% greater than those with angled walls. They stack on top of each other even without the lid. The top container enters slightly into the bottom one creating a stable stack. Since the containers have reinforced walls, they offer superior stacking capabilities and provide exceptional storage security. The interior walls are smooth and easy to clean. They fit perfectly on a 32″ x 48″ and 40″x 48″ pallet.

  • A food-grade plastic bin complies with CFIA and FDA standards for use in the food industry. It is made from virgin raw material to which food coloring may have been added. This compliance is essential when storing foods that are in direct contact with the containers.

  • High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) material withstand temperatures between -28 ° C to 49 ° C and is unaffected by chemicals and solvents.

  • Polypropylene (PP) is in many aspects similar to polyethylene but has better mechanical properties and thermal resistance. PP material is highly resistant to impacts and withstand temperature between -20° C to 100° C. It is unaffected by chemicals or solvents.

  • Polycarbonate is a transparent material that withstands temperatures from -40 ° C to 125 ° C and is unaffected by chemicals and solvents. Very resistant to stains and shocks.
