  • Absolutely, all our products can be purchased on our transactionnal web site by individuals or companies. However, for certain items, there is a minimum purchase to be respected. If this minimum is right for you, then you can buy the items that interest you. We open a file for all our customers, individuals or companies, to keep purchases in future references.

  • No, there is no minimum purchase amount.

  • For any purchase made on our transactional site, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. For a purchase made in person at our sales office, Visa, MasterCard, Interac or cash is accepted. For customers who have an account with us, they can either buy online on our web site and charge to their account or pay directly online by Visa or MasterCard. Customers with a Net 30 days terms of payment can pay by bank transfer or Interac transfer. Credit card payment is not accepted to pay an invoices delayed of 30 days.

    An account can be opened from a second purchase made in the same year, of $1,000 or more before taxes and shipping costs. A credit application must be completed and upon acceptance, an account is opened and a credit limit assigned.

  • Yes, our transactional website allows you to buy online. If you need delivery to Canada, you can calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart or you can come pick up by your truck or send your carrier.

  • Yes, however not all of our products are demonstrated. Many are too large and are stored in a rack. To make sure you do not move for anything, we recommend that you call us to confirm if we have the product in stock. We have inventory at our warehouse in Bois-des-Filion and Toronto. Following your request, we will inform you which warehouse to refer to.

  • No, we only sell in Canada.

  • We ship anywhere in Canada on customer’s instructions via their carrier or through our independent carrier.

  • Yes, you can pick up all the products we hold in the warehouse. On the other hand, some products too bulky are on delivery only, because we do not have the necessary space to keep them on the spot. Normally, you will be informed about the submission when applicable.

  • Our office is open from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00. Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00.
    Note that our warehouse is open at the same time as our office, but pick-ups must be done no later than 30 minutes before closing.

  • Yes, we offer a quality guarantee on all our products. Products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship only in accordance with the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy. So, depending on the products and manufacturers, the warranty may be different. The warranties is limited to 1 year with a normal usage. No warranty covers misuse of the product or breakage by accident. Agrico Plastics Ltd. will determine if the product is defective or defective in workmanship, repaired or replaced at any opportunity at the original cost price of the product and at no time will include unexpected damages. Shipping costs are not covered by the warranty.

  • Our vision is to make sure that the product meets your requirements and expectations. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the product your have purchased, our return policy is you may return it within 21 days from the time of receipt, for a refund or exchange. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Within this time, products may be returned by prepaid freight, in their original packaging and in good condition for resale. Agrico Plastics Ltd will not take back any products that have been modified from their original state, even if the change was made by Agrico Plastics Ltd or by one of its manufacturers. Returns are subject to a 15 %  restocking fees.

  • The melted plastic is injected under pressure into a closed mould cavity, next it is immediately pressed, giving it the desired shape. The piece is then rapidly cooled in the mould, thereby maintaining its exact shape. This process allows to create pallet boxes with simple walls in large quantities, with uniform thickness and great durability. The surface of products is smooth and easy to maintain.

  • Melted plastic is injected under pressure into a closed mould cavity to give the desired shape to the product. Next, a propellant of such nitrogen gas is introduced into the mould during cooling of the product to create bullies areas. The part is then cooled completely in the mould, to ensure that it maintains its exact shape. This process allows to create some simple or complex shape single-wall pallet boxes of uniform thickness. While offering various surface finishes, this method provides a rigid and durable plastic, creating products with a high load capacity.

  • The plastic in powder form is mixed with a colour, then charged into a mould which goes into a high-temperature oven. The mould rotates on two axes allowing the plastic and the colour to disperse evenly and to reproduce the internal shape of the mould. Once the mould taken out of the oven, the plastic cools and solidifies. When the part is well cooled, it can be extracted from the mould. This process allows the production of small quantities at a time and provides a smooth surface finish easy to maintain. It allows the creation of pallet boxes with single walls, double insulated walls and triple walls. The rotational moulded products have a softer plastic, a great durability and are highly resistant to shocks.
