The open-top conical bottom plastic tanks ensure total emptying of the contents and are ideal for storing thicker or viscous liquids. The top is completely open which allows full access to the contents. A lid can be added to protect the product. The support allows the tank to be raised to empty it from below.

The metal stand is mandatory, so it is included with the tank.
Conical base plastic tanks are manufactured in one piece molding and are fitted with a female threaded bulkhead fitting in the cone.
The OC series models include a bolt-on cover, while the cover for the CBO series models is sold separately.
It is possible to modify the tank to fit your specific needs, by adding screwed or bolted connections, or welded flanges, for more specialized piping.
The vent included in the lid provides adequate ventilation for filling or emptying the tank.
By their design in height, the conical tanks on support maximize the space on the floor.
The tapered base allows rapid drainage of liquids and reduces product loss.
They are made of FDA compliant high density polyethylene and are suitable for food or potable water applications.
Conical bottom, closed top plastic tanks are normally stored inside factories, although they are UV treated for outdoor use.
The tanks are translucent and allow the level of the liquid to be seen through the wall.

They are normally used for the storage of thick, viscous, heavy or non-homogeneous products.
They are ideal for mixing, dissolving products, soaking or when frequent cleaning is required.
They can be used to hold water or chemicals, as well as to be used in the design of water supply or filtration systems.
It is very important to validate the chemical compatibility of the liquid to be contained with the polyethylene, which is the resin used to mold the tank.
The specific gravity is also something that has to be considered to make sure to chose the appropriate tank for your product.
