The process used to manufacture them creates a "single wall" construction, where the inner and outer tubes are bonded together through high-strength fabric reinforcement in order to withstand more pressure. Available in 1-1/2", 2" and 3" diameters.
• Fire hoses: single-sheath hoses with QMT threaded brass swivel ends are specially designed for fire hydrants in Quebec. They are used for industrial washing and filling uses. These hoses made from a synthetic strip with a rubber liner are ideal for high pressures.
