If is used to contain liquids, the walls must be reinforced with a steel or wooden frame to prevent the walls from swelling and splitting under the pressure of the liquid. Frame is not offered.

The tubs from the UT series have tapered walls with an external lip that can be used as a handle. They are ideal when a full access to the content is required. They nest, minimizing storage space and shipping costs. They have been designed to contain dry goods only. When containers are used to contain liquids, the walls must be surrounded with any type of frame to prevent the expansion of the walls. Since we do not sell any supports, it returns to the user to obtain one. In addition, we do not install any drain or connection on these tubs. The user is responsible for installing those accessories on the tank if needed. If they are used for a liquid load, the walls are opaque and do not show the level of the liquid and there is no level indicator.

These plastic containers are fabricated from high-density polyethylene and are molded in one piece. They have been designed for indoor applications. Only the natural white color meets the food standards and only few tubs models can be equipped with an optional dust cover. At all times, the tubs must be placed on a flat surface as smooth as possible to avoid pressure points that can damage the base.
