Easy to install; to be inserted into the molded-in grooves on the tank

Once the steel bands are installed on the tank, it is totally normal to have an empty space between the hoop attachment bracket and the ground.
The gap typically varies between 1/2 to 4 inches, depending on the tank model.
To attach the steel bands, simply use bolts of sufficient length, or, before bolting, it is also possible to insert a spacer to fill the gap between the hoop bracket and the ground (spacer is optional).
Very secure and strong when bolted through the floor (bolts not included)

GOOD TO KNOW...

The steel bands are specially designed to secure the tank in a truck box, on a flatbed truck or in a trailer, in a very secure way, when transporting liquids. They are very easy to install, as they simply have to be inserted into the molded slots on the tank.

Hoops are definitely better than nylon straps. Unlike nylon straps that are tight on each side of the tank and squeeze the top of the tank, the steel bands do not cause any pressure on the tank, allowing it to expand when filling and spring back to its original shape when empty. They therefore help to preserve the shape and integrity of the tanks by preventing them from deforming under the pressure of the liquid.
